First Year Property Management

The apartment is received, renovated, furnished, and rented out. The total cost is deducted and spread over 12 months.


Transparency management fee is 25%, while 75% of the net profit goes to the client.

Second Year Property Management

In the second year, the apartment continues to generate income without renovation or furnishing costs.
